How I work

No surprises, from first contact to delivery.

  1. 01

A short call and a proposal

I understand what you need and send a proposal with the scope and price. Changes to the scope are quoted separately.

  2. 02

    Partial deliveries

You see the work progress on a test address, without waiting until the end to know how it’s going.

  3. 03

    Review before going live

Security, speed and GDPR checked before the site or system is published.

  4. 04

    Delivery and warranty

I deliver the work and stay available during the warranty period set out in the proposal, usually 30 days, to fix bugs in what was delivered.

Also PHP, Java, Python, Astro, Next.js, MySQL, Docker and Cloudflare. On multi-client platforms, access control, multi-factor authentication, Stripe, Multibanco and MB WAY.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask.

How much does a website or system cost?

It depends on the scope. Every project has its own proposal, with the price and terms set before work starts.

How long does it take?

As a guide, a simple website usually takes 2 to 3 weeks and, with booking, reservations or an admin area, 3 to 6 weeks, counting from when I receive the content. Each project’s timeline is set out in the proposal.

What do I pay each month once it’s done?

The domain is paid yearly. Hosting for simple websites is usually free or a few euros a month. Monthly maintenance is optional.

Who updates opening hours, prices and photos?

You, in a simple admin area, or me, if you have maintenance.

Do I need an app?

Usually not. The website can be installed on a phone like a web app, with no app store fees.

What is included in the project?

Everything included is described in the proposal: features, timeline, and payment and maintenance terms.

Can you fix a system I already have?

Yes, including legacy PHP and Java systems. I start with a diagnosis and a quote.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are set out in each project’s proposal. Maintenance, if you want it, is agreed separately.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. There is a warranty period to fix bugs in what was delivered, usually 30 days, set out in the proposal. It doesn’t cover new features, scope changes or changes made by third parties.

Why don’t you show client names?

For privacy. The examples are illustrations; the live demos show how it works in practice.

How do you handle data security?

I use HTTPS, collect only the data that is needed, protect admin areas and review security and GDPR before publishing.

Do you work with in-house teams?

Yes. I work in the team’s codebase, join planning meetings and code reviews, or take ownership of features.

Still have a question?

Tell me about your case in three short steps. I usually reply within 24 working hours.
